Welcome to Ethics Coaching!
EthCo – For better ethical safety in future health care environments -project aims to strengthen ethical competence of the health professionals by offering educational Coaching material including theory lessons, structure for Ethical Coffee Room discussions and ethics simulations.

This course Ethics Coaching targeted for healthcare professionals (scope 5 ECTS) has been created in collaboration with five partner countries Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Malta and Spain. The created learning material aims to enhance and support ethical competence among (future) healthcare professionals. An employee will adopt the role of an ethical coach in the work place – an identified need by healthcare professionals.
The learning materials have been evaluated in terms of content, relevance, scope, accessibility and functionality. This work continues, feedback will be gathered, and needed adjustments will be done after the implementation of each course part, aiming to increase feasibility of ethical principles and actions.
