Simulation Scenario	A 65-year-old patient who has suffered a stroke and has been hospitalized for fifteen days. During this time, they have developed a respiratory problem that has led to an increase in secretions. The patient tries to cough but is unable to clear the mucus. They call the nursing staff, and the team explains to the family that they need to administer gentle back blows (clapping technique) to help the patient expel the mucus.
Preparation and equipment	Set up a health care department environment. Prepare role-specific information for students. Patient bed in a hospital room.
