Navigate cultural differences and build trust with patients. Discuss professionally and empathetically with patients who have cultural preferences.
Simulation scenario	Patient Martti needs daily assistance due to Parkinson’s disease but is resistant to receiving care from Nurse Rong Rong, who is from a different culture. The scenario aims to address cultural sensitivity and patient acceptance.
Preparation and equipment	Set up a health care department environment. Ensure availability of toileting and evening wash supplies. Prepare role-specific information for students. Normal patient bed in hospital / in patient room.
